Central Valley in upper reaches of Cañada Christy drainage and east of Centinela; south side in Cañada de los Sauces, Coches Prietos Canyon, Willows Canyon, Johnson Canyon, Pozo Canyon, Horqueta Canyon and on Sierra Blanca ridge, north side on Pelican trail and south west of Pelican Bay

The mature Erechtites glomerata plant in bloom with dandelion like heads (see larger image). An example the leaves of Erechtites glomerata.  The undersides often turn purple.
