A panorama of the UC Field Station.  The station houses researchers, volunteers and many others.  The main building (left) contains the kitchen, dinning room and dorms.  The building in the center contains the garage, workshop, and bathrooms.  The buildings on the right (only partially shown) contain labs and more dorms.

At left, volunteers unload supplies after arriving at the station.  At right, folks relax around the fire pit, a favorite spot in the evenings.

 

At left, the kitchen at the station.  It is fully equipped with stoves, refrigerators and all the comforts of home.  At right, volunteers line up for dinner.
